By using Beanback, you agree to the following terms, which may change without notice.
For cafe customers
You can add a pass to your Apple Wallet. We do not ask for or store your personal data. If you lose your pass, it cannot be restored (we have no data to recover it). Rewards, stamps, and redemptions are controlled by the cafe and may change or be removed at any time.
For cafe owners
You sign up/in with email address only. We use a secure session cookie to keep you logged in. You can delete your account at any time. You are responsible for your loyalty offers, redemptions, and any changes to them.
Data and privacy
We collect no customer personal data. We store cafe owner email only for account access and use a session cookie for authentication (no tracking or profiling). Basic server logs (e.g. access logs) are kept for security and reliability. No analytics, no tracking, no selling or sharing of data. Transactional emails are sent via Resend. Pass updates/notifications use Apple push services (no personal identity attached).
Liability
Beanback is provided “as is” and used at your own risk. We are not liable for lost passes, missed rewards, or any losses from use of the service. Cafes are solely responsible for their offers and redemptions. You agree to use Beanback lawfully. We may update these terms at any time.
